I'm 15 years old and I would like to have some more VISIBLE muscles... I've been doing exercise for a sixpack for two years now, but you can only see it when I lay down. I'm slim and I have a lot of trouble gaining weight... I do eat a lot and healty, but...
Does anybody know a good routine? I'm not able to go to the gym, because there is no one close to home and I can't afford it to be honest :(
