We all know that what you put into your body has a direct relationship to what you are going to get out of your body during workouts and daily life. It's like everything else in life: if you don't make an effort, you're not going to see results. So obviously we should all be following a very strict diet that meets our daily requirements for protein, complex carbohydrates from whole grains and fruits, and healthy fats. Sadly, in today's crazy world, it can be difficult to do this everyday. So what are you to do?

One way to do it is to hire a personal chef to cook all of your meals for you (I wish I could do that!), but since that's not exactly realistic, you can make sure you are getting all of the vitamins and nutrients that you need from fruit, without having to eat a bazillion apples each day.

Using a juicer to create fresh juice from your favorite fruits and vegetables is a fantastic way to make sure you get plenty of nutrients and fiber each day. For the record: You are supposed to eat 6-8 servings of fruits and veggies each day. If itproves difficult for you to meet this dietary requirement each day, then you should really consider getting a juicer to help you out. There is a huge variety of different fruit and veggie juices you can make at home, with plenty of websites offering recipes that are tried and true.

So if you want to get more dietary fiber, nutrients, and vitamins in your daily diet without have to chow on fruits and veggies like a cow chewing grass, consider getting a fruit juicer. It's really the best way to go!
