The following is an example of the use of stations in circuit training.
- Station 1-pullup bar
- Station 2-Olympic platform
- Station 3-Rope climb
- Station 4-Abdominal mats
In the circuit above, one would complete all prescribed exercises at Station 1 before moving on to Station 2, and so forth.
