Stamina refers to the ability of body systems to process, deliver, store, and utilize energy.[1]

It is commonly known as the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to perform repetitive contractions over a period of time. These contractions can be broken down into aerobic and anaerobic. Stamina is also commonly used interchangeably with endurance, however, they are entirely different.
