Perpetual Motion Training (PMT) is a training method that involves constant movement throughout the entire duration of a workout, as in ptossing. Where traditional methods contain rest periods, PMT does not; instead, a user will "rest" with an exercise of lighter intensity, but remains in constant motion throughout the entire workout. [1] (Attempts to uncover other usage of PMT besides ptossing have been unsuccessful; if you find a reference to anyone using this method, please include it here, otherwise, it could be possible that PMT was developed when ptossing was created.)

The Power of 10 workout by Adam Zickerman advocates perpetual motion during each set of the workout. Absolutely no pauses are allowed.

Also, interval training (Tabita protocol) include active rest as well.
