Below, the forward postural lean seen in a patient with Primus Metatarsus Supinatus foot structure (aka Rothbarts Foot) is reversed using a proprioceptive insoles.

  • In Frame 1/2 note the anterior displacement of the ear relative to the lateral malleolus (top photo) and the abnormal (gravity driven) pronation at midstance (bottom photo).
  • In Frame 2/2 note the correction in the forward body lean (ear directly over the malleolus) and the attenuation of pronation at midstance.
