The Knee Bend Test is used in the Differential Diagnosis of the PreClinical Clubfoot Deformity

Positive Test (See Animation Below)

  • Knees Straight - both feet pronated
  • Knees Bent - foot pronation increased

A malocclusion can skew the results:

Knees Straight - one foot pronated, the other foot supinated

Knees Bent - both feet pronated
