A completel protein is one which contains all the essential amino acids in sufficient amounts and in the right ratio to maintain a positive nitrogen balance. The egg is the most complete protein found in nature with an assimilability ratio of 94-96%. (Up to 96% of the protein in the egg will be used as protein.) [1][2]
