Aerobic Exercise

Exercise or activity in which oxygen from the blood is required to fuel the energy-producing mechanisms of muscle fibers, such as running, cycling, rowing, and swimming. Aerobic means with oxygen. It is the opposite of anaerobic exercise.[1]
